How early and how late can I schedule an appointment?

The earliest appointment with Dr. Do is 9 a.m. and the latest appointment is 5 p.m. Because these are highly coveted appointments they are reserved for adults only. If you have one of these appointments and do not keep it we may be unable to reschedule you for that time frame for several months.

Can I schedule an appointment during my lunch hour?

We have 12:00 noon appointments available with Dr. Do.

Why didn't my insurance pay my bill in full?

Health care, in general, has changed drastically in the last few years. Most dental insurance plans now pay a much lower percentage of the total fee. While we try to maximize your insurance benefits, Dr. Do designs a treatment plan with only the patient's best interest and dental health in mind. The plans that pay the highest percentages of your actual fee are almost always the plans where the employer pays the highest premiums.
